We ship within the United States. A $15 charge is added for orders sent to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Items will be shipped within 2-3 days and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.We ship orders Monday - Friday and will ship & process orders same day before 2pm.

Simply visit the BodyGym returns page to easily submit your return and get a pre-paid label for sending your item back to us.

‍Go to the App Store app on your iPhone and search for Intelivideo. Download the app and enter your email and password to get access to BodyGym streaming content.

Android

‍Go to the Google Play app on your Android device and search for Intelivideo. Download the app and enter your email and password to get access to BodyGym streaming content.

Apple TV

‍Go to the App Store app on your Apple TV and search for Intelivideo. Download the app and enter your email and password to get access to BodyGym streaming content.

Amazon Fire

‍Go to the App Store app on your Amazon Fire and search for Intelivideo. Download the app and enter your email and password to get access to BodyGym streaming content.

Chromecast

‍The app is Chromecast enabled. You can download the app from the appropriate app store for your device.

- Open app on your device
- Login and select the video you'd like to watch
- In the top right corner of the media player, tap the Cast button .
- Tap the device you'd like to cast to.
- When you're connected, the Cast button will turn color, letting you know you're connected.
- You can now cast your content directly to your TV.
- To stop casting, tap the Cast button in the top right corner. Tap Disconnect.

Mac or Windows Computer

‍Go to the https://bodygym.intelivideo.com/accounts/login on your computer. Enter your email and password to get access to BodyGym streaming content right on your computer.
